PHP Script convert table to css / div

I am looking for someone to create a php script that I can place a url to a file, it will grab the page, css files, and images associated with it, convert to a tableless design (CSS / DIV), and if a box is selected watermark all images with the text of my choice (without changing the size of the images), then create a folder and place the files in the folder (I will specify the directory), it should generate the folder name counting up starting with 100 (or any number I choose), basically by counting the number of folders in the directory, then creating a new folder, and placing the files there. I can provide you with a sample of what I am looking to convert. should not change the page layout, or the image names at all, and should be simple to use, basically I should be able to copy the original images to the directory, and it should be the same template without the watermark on the images.
