We have an enterprise license for PHPLiveSupport. We have made several modifications to it that we are working on.
For this project we would like help with our "largest" annoyance with the platform, which is the forced signout when using multiple devices. PHPLiveSupport's developer OSI Codes claims it is a security feature, however in our workflow it makes it nearly impossible to use.
The ideal deliverable state, is that operators can be given the permission in their settings to use multiple devices simultaneously, such as a computers and mobile devices at the same time. This is needed as our team is rarely only sitting at a desk, but rather around the office or around town, and need to be able to move from device to device without constantly logging back in. Once logged into a device the session should remain active until they sign out. A chat support session should be able to be handled across devices the same as if there was only one device being used.
For any response to be considered, please tell us about any experience you have with PHPLive, and why specifically we should choose you.
If you have any questions, please ask.
The right development partner will likely be asked to assist us with other modifications we are actively working on.
