Rebuild front end for my website

I have a live website right now, but I would like a developer to rebuild the front end with a better design. The site is currently a Single Page Application and all data is fetched from an API server with Javascript. I would like it to remain this way, but to have a better looking design. The purpose of the site is a search engine for rental properties in Canada. The site displays ads on a map and in list format. Listings are already populated in the database. The site lets the user input several search criteria and the results are updated on screen immediately via Javascript. Beyond the search engine, there is a way for users to review listings. Users can give listings 1 to 5 stars in several categories if they have previously lived at that property. The average rating is displayed next to the result in the search engine. Another major feature that is required is letting the user save their search criteria as an alert. Similar to that, I require a “not interested” list that tracks listings the user does not want to see ever again. The site should look great on mobile and I would suggest using Bootstrap to do a responsive design. This is what I have done on the existing site and it works. Prefer that you use Bootstrap - Users can maintain a favourites list that is saved to the server - Users can maintain a "not interested" list for ads the do not want to see again - Users can sign up for email alerts based on their current search criteria - The site should be a single page application that updates search results as soon as the user changes criteria - The site should use Google Maps to display search results. The coordinates for all results are already in the database and accessible through the API - The site should call API methods from my existing API server to get all data. Prefer that you use jQuery to call the API - Site must be developed using PHP and HTML5 and JavaScript - Site must be hosted on my existing AWS EC2 server - All functionality of the current site must be maintained - filters, map and list views, sign-in, reviews and favourites - Modals for signing in, writing reviews, creating alerts - Site design should follow the screenshots attached - Single page application design with only separate page for "About", Terms of Service - Leave space for Google Ad Sense ads to appear at the top of the page on mobile and desktop - Text input for City/Address selection uses Google autocomplete - Support for gestures on touchscreens (swipe through photos, pinch and zoom on the map) - Must run well in Chrome and Safari current versions As I mentioned above, I already have an API server that handles serving data for the current site. A small amount of development may be necessary to add a few API methods. This should be done in PHP to match the current code. You will be give access to the current code and can assess how much API work is necessary. I will handle deploying the code to the existing AWS machines using Elastic Beanstalk. I can also do any database work necessary on the MySQL server. Your focus will be the frontend. Thank you for your bids.
