I have an Instagram scraper app designed in PHP, which is hosted on a shared server. The app was working fine till I thought of adding some updates to it. Currently, the app is broken, and that update requires ffmpeg to do some edits. So I wish to migrate it to a server with root access where we can implement those updates, + remove minor bugs and make sure the app works like its supposed to. OR we can redesign the app if it's cheap, as I already have the source code. This project is for developers only as it requires some expertise in coding. DO NOT BID IF YOU'RE A SYSTEM ADMIN
