The project is to manage the exchange of assets between members. Data is held in the MS SQL Database containing three tables :- Member details Member assets Administrator - holds administrator name and email address Member table has a field AccountActivated. System consists of two pages. Page 1 - Login form. User enters membership number and password. System checks that the password is valid and field AccountActivated is True. If either is invalid do not allow access. Page 2 - display dropdown of all members. User selects member to whom assets are to be transferred(new owner). - system checks that AccountActivated flag is True - if valid, display all assets belonging to the logged in member with a check box against each asset. - user ticks assets to be transferred. - user hits transfer button. - system displays message to confirm transfer - if confirmed then update assets with membership details of new owner. - system sends confirmation email to logged in user, new owner and administrator. The email should list all assets transferred.
