Rwrite php to html

Hi I have attached three files that all work with my phpbb forum and are written with php. These files should be rewritten to html so that I can use them on a normal website. Normally keywords where picked from the database but now they should automatically be picked from the metatags in a random order. The info generated with the script should be displayed in three tables. Have a look at the files and make your suggestions. ;)
