Setting Up an Anchor, Federation Server and Smart Contract on the Stellar Network

Anchors are entities that people trust to hold their deposits and issue credits into the Stellar network for those deposits. All money transactions in the Stellar network (except lumens) occur in the form of credit issued by anchors, so anchors act as a bridge between existing currencies and the Stellar network. Our requirements on becoming an Anchor are as below. ALREADY DONE WEBSITE FOR INTEGRATION: [login to view URL] (already established0 REQUIRED TOKEN ISSUE - A stellar wallet wallet and secret key needs to be set up. - An issuing account used only for issuing and destroying assets needs to be set up - A base/distribution account used to transact with other Stellar accounts needs to be set up. It holds a balance of assets issued by the issuing account. CREATION OF THE ANCHOR We need an anchor created on the Stellar Network as per the attached document (Setting up a Stellar [login to view URL]) and as per the tutorial at: [login to view URL] That Anchor needs to be able to connect to Stellar wallets as per the attached document (How To Connect an Anchor Service to Stellar [login to view URL]) and as per the tutorial at: [login to view URL] A stellar federation server needs to be set up on our domain as per the attached document (Specifications of Required Smart [login to view URL]) the tutorial at: [login to view URL] (The Stellar federation protocol maps Stellar addresses to more information about a given user. Stellar addresses provide an easy way for users to share payment details by using a syntax that interoperates across different domains and providers) After that a stellar smart contract needs to be set up on our domain as per the tutorial at: [login to view URL] The smart contract is for hotel booking. The smart contract have the cancellation policy coded inside, e.g. 24 hour free cancellation by the guest only. When the contract is outside the cancellation policy period, the contract executes code that sends payment over to the hotel to pay for the room from the Invoice Funders stablecoins pool. The successful bidder would need to provide instructions on how to operate the Anchor, and to generate federated addresses and set up the smart contracts using the template they provide.
