simple Joomla site

You will be constructing a site for my client. We will retain the client in our portfolio. The site is for a Christian organization, please do not bid if this is a problem for you. The website will be built using Joomla. The winning bidder must be a Joomla expert and have references of sites they built. We will check your code. The site layout must be done with CSS, this means no table for layout. All code must validate according to W3C standards, we will use [login to view URL] to check code. This site has a simple design, we've included a .jpg comp. You will receive the photoshop file for creating the template. We will also provide all text as word documents.
