I need 8 paid signups

I am an affiliate of a website that provides different levels of membership. The membership fees are one-time payments. Membership levels are $299, $695, and $1295. The program provides tangible goods. This project will be an initial test. If I like your work, I will use you exclusively for my next projects. I am willing to pay $50 up front to get you started, and then will pay $30, $70, or $130 per signup, (depending on membership level - 10% of membership fee)until the requested 8 are fulfilled. I would like these 8 signups within 30 days of starting the project. If you happen to over-deliver on this project, I will pay you for those additional signups as well.
