Custom coding needed for web forms.\r\n\r\nWe have 17 html forms currently coded on a website\r\n\r\nThe features we need to be implemented are ;\r\n1. \"Save as PDF\" button..so when someone has selected all the fields they want, they can save the full page as PDF (i.e. page with images and fields filled in) \r\n2. \"Print\"...They can print the whole page after selections are made (images+field answers)\r\n3. \"Email\" and the page (images with form filled in) is sent to specific email addresses.\r\n4. We also need some Images changing on the forms according to selections made in drop down menu.\r\n
