Please don't bid if you haven't read the project. I need a website where users can simply sign up and convert a web URL into a WebView Android app and then download the .apk. Almost like [login to view URL] All created apps should be saved in the user's account. All apps should also have a branded splash screen. I would also need a simple admin panel where I can manage users and their apps. Thank you.
