I am looking for a Wordpress plugin programmer that can help me create a plugin. The plugin should be rather simple. Basically it is a matter of having a few tables, an admin view to create items into this table (as well as having an overview), shortcodes to publish filtered versions of those tables in Posts as well as some basic search functionalities. The project is specified to some 80-90% in the PDF attached below but I expect to iterate on the process during development, thus I will pay by the hour. Php/Wordpress experience is the most important and only some basic CSS knowledge is needed (but not required). I expect you to find your own solutions in some cases. I am myself a programmer (Ruby on Rails) and experienced Wordpress user but I do not know enough php to do this myself. Thus, I will be able to give you highly specific specifications and todo's. Good communication and an ability to understand the project are VERY important. I need you to ask if you don't understand!
