Stripe integration for SaaS platform (Stripe Connect)

We're building an online marketplace (a 'platform') where people ('sellers') can advertise their services, and buyers purchase those services. The sellers set their own prices (a per hour rate), and can change their per hour rate at any time. Buyers can purchase units of time (in hours) or else purchase a recurring subscription. I need an expert that has experience with Stripe and specifically Stripe Connect to advise on the integration, and possibly setup and install the Stripe Connect service API/SDK in the platform. In your application, please specify your experience doing Stripe integrations (especially Stripe connect) and what programming languages/frameworks you know. I believe the core dev team will be using Laravel and Vue.js to build the app. Thank you!
