Hi, I'm Matt and would like to help you. I have checked your image and requirements and there are still few missing details: 1. Do you want to have a standalone software or PHP script (you have chosen it as a category for this project)? 2. What platform do you want to run the script/app - Linux, Mac, Windows? 3. Can you install other software on the same computer (if you cannot have full control of it e.g. web hosting)? For PNG handling ImageMagick would be used (very often installed on web servers, PHP modules are also available) and for PNG to SVG conversion either inkscape command line tool or other software would be used. 4. The font used in text overlay. 5. Will the crop area be always the same? Or should it be say always a centered area of the source image? 6. Converting photo bitmap images to SVG is not logical for complex bitmap images since it will us And it's not trivial to include a JPEG, PNG or GIF image to the SVG file (at least you have to "data encode" and embed it). 7.
