Time registration PHP/MySQL webiste -- 2

Build a web based application in PHP to register worked time for different projects during a month and generate PDF timesheets for a project. The application is only used by one user which should be able to register hours on different project. Timesheets are based on months. The requirements for this web application are: - Secure, there must be a login screen for the application. - Developed in PHP 5.6+ and all data should be stored in a MySQL database - Start screen should show last 12 months (after 12 months, pages should be added) and an option to add new month timesheet - User must be able to create new projects and change existing projects - User selects on start screen a month and the year, next a screen with an overview of a month containing each day of the month is displayed where the user can register the worked hours and minutes on that day for a certain project. Refer to mock-up - Mock-ups attached to this project a purely as an illustration of how the app should look like, any input/ideas from the developer are welcome - User must be able to generate a report (PDF format, printable on A4) of a selected year, month and project. Mock-up for this report is also attached. Only days that have registered hours/minutes should be displayed on the report.
