Transfer small database from spreadsheet to mySQL

Hi, first of, transferring the excel to mysql won't be a problem, that's just a matter of a small script, however I would need remote access to the mysql (something switched off by default); alternatively we could convert the excel into csv and then we could transfer the db to mysql on your server directly. As for the rest, you provide very little detail, for instance you'd want to be able to add new entries, does that mean you'd like to have the ability to edit and delete the records as well?
