Twilio Video API integration to Wordpress

I need a developer who integrates Twilio Video API into my Wordpress powered site. The first step is to create a responsive conferencing page, where all parties can join a meeting room. The page should contain dynamic content, such as the upcoming Video conferencing event, participants details, and selected additional WC Product adds on options. Workflow of Twilio and Woocommerce interaction: Vendor subscribes for video conferencing plan (it is set by capability controller, see below). Once the vendor has Twilio capability (right), the interface should create Twilio subaccount if it is not set already (the primary key might be a mobile phone number and/or email). This subaccount is unique and linked to the vendor for further reference. Vendor set up a bookable product with respect to Twilio Video options, which can be peer-to-peer or conferencing. This option can be handled by either ACF or WC Product add-on. The published product can be booked by the customer. Once the order is set to paid status, the status change triggers an action to set up unique Twilio room with its credentials. These credentials have to be included in the order/booking information so it will be embedded in the confirmation email, as well as in customer's Woocommerce Bookings bookings list, and vendor's booking list. The Videoconferencing option has to be integrated with Woocommerce Frontend Manager, WCFM marketplace, WCFM Groups, and staffs. (same product family). Integration example will be provided. The capabilities have to be controlled by Woocommerce Frontend Manager. The vendor can have staff. Their staff Twilio capability also can be configured, having rights to set up individual conferencing option. Twilio Video API has its own well documented SDK and JS library with example code snippets. It has also a pretty old Wordpress plugin, but it can be a starting point. Architecture: Wordpress 5.1.1. Woocommerce 3.5.x WC Bookings 1.13.x Awarded developed has to be flexible for minor changes, additions for above-mentioned project.
