I need someone to create a new website based on an existing one, [login to view URL] 1. use the waybackmachine to find the website and get the content. See last July crawl. 2. I will provide a new joomla template (up-to-date). You need to install the template with the most recent version of joomla. 3. Recreate the website [login to view URL] (as seen on the waybackmachine) as close as possible with 2 languages (french and english), same number of page and same content. If possible, same image or something close to the one in place. I know the design won't be exactly the same, but make it as close as possible and keep the base design of the template for menu, font, etc.
