Wordpress development, front and backend, high quality dev/design

I am looking for some web development to be completed. The website already exists; the dev work will be carried out on a development version of the site. The development is to build a training/courses section for our website. Site: [login to view URL] Skills required: Wordpress, HTML/CSS/PHP Design is beneficial. I do not have designs, however it is possible I can create them if it helps? Although I would prefer not to. The idea is to use the same style sheet as the current website, including header, footer etc. You'll see the user journey from the attached document. I will provide a development/test environment to build on, please note that work will not be checked unless it is on that environment. FRONT END At the front end of the site, we would like an icon added to the header that says (Training/Courses) On the landing page, the training courses are split down based on their ‘category’. The categories are: Rail Training Asbestos and Demolition Training Health and Safety Training Small Tools Training Once a user clicks through on one of these categories, they will be able to see a list of applicable courses that are related to that category. They will then be able to click through to a landing page with the course details.. On the page will be a book now button. The fields required for this are: Full Name Email Telephone Number Company Message Send (all fields mandatory) BACKEND In the backend, we need to be able to ‘add a new course’, the details required for each course are: Course image Course title Brief description Venue – an area to link through to a Google map Date of course Duration of course Main description Book now Cost (excluding VAT) Number of places We need the ability add/edit/remove courses We would like the form submissions to be held in the system We would like ‘Courses’ to be shown in the admin menu on the left in Wordpress
