We need features of telemedicine/video consult in addition to the following Web service & mobile app Android . The idea of this application is to offer patients with health professional service at their home with the following specifications:- 1- Form to be filled by patient/user to diagnose which specialty or category he needs. A nursing & special needs category will be available. 2- Once the system identify the specialization, it gives the patient the available doctors or nurses within specific circle near to his place with estimated arrival time/fees. 3- User can view the profile for each professional, rating, and reviews by other patients 4- User select the medical professional person & the system will continue alerting the user with the time to arrive 5- Once the service is provided, user can post his review & rating about the quality and payment can be either by payment gateway or cash 6- In the professional service apps, the medical professional will provide availability status with location based. 7- In the professional service apps, Respond to patients call 8- In the professional service apps, Access to patient request form (if being selected by the patient) 9- Users & professional service provider registrations data with ID check as well as method of payment are kept in the database & back end module 10- information & profiles for users & medical service providers are stored in the database as well as rating & reviews 11- Billing reports, incentives, and activity logs are generated from the backend and payment, conciliation to professional 12. Prescribing medicine and linked to pharmacies for delivery (without payment
