Write some Software

Hi, I am looking for someone who has experience with multivariate analysis of datasets, webservers, and php programming. I need to perform multivariate analysis and cluster data in a web-server. The data are structured as samples in rows and variables in columns on a local machine and would be uploaded to a webserver or database. The samples need to be clustered according to similarity of their variables (10+). I envisage this could be done using a script (python, matlab, or other) on a PHP web page that monitors a database or CSV file for updates, and performs a neural network (SOM) cluster analysis on the data and visually displays the data as a self-organising map. Required output is a table of original data with clusters (e.g. cluster, and best matching unit), and a plot of the self-organised map. The map also needs to highlight where an original sample sits – for example if I am interested in where Sample #1 is I would like it to be highlighted on the map. This is the beginning of a larger project but I need some assistance getting it off the ground. If you have the required skills I would like to hear from you. Regards, Ben
