Hello and thank you for viewing my Job Post. I am using Power BI for some data analytical work in real estate here in Houston, TX. I have made my dashboards with data and I generally have done very well with that but I need help on some snags that I am getting as well as some design improvements are needed. Job Description: 1. Fix bugs I am having trouble with. I have several bugs I am running into with my data and I need help with curing them. Need them fixed. 2. Full Redesign of dashboard in a manner which is very user friendly and aesthetically appealing. 3. Create a better visualization for grouped data. Example: Price Ranges, Number of sales, etc. 4. Classifying using geographic mapping using addresses provided. 5. Be able to click an address and have appropriate stats show. 6. Calculated column Rent Ratio 7. Split columns into flag variables. 8. Separate main table into subtables of categories (Property Type), (Status) 9. Handle Misspellings. Ex. 'Granit' should be 'Granite' 10. Provide 90 days of tech support regarding and questions with response within 48 hours. 11. Provide any coding which will make the processes easier. 12. Feel free to be creative. 13. Show how to share it on social media, my website and via email distribution. You need to have Power BI, Python or R to do this job. I will provide all data and all of my current dashboards which I have built out already. Thank you for your help!
