Custom Video Player package that needs finished...

I'm looking for someone to FIRST take a look at a software package written by another Freelancer (that he never followed up with on fixing my problem) and let me know if fixes can be made. The files are attached... Here is my original post: I need a specially designed video player for a Windows laptop (and maybe an Android tablet sometime later) for a handicapped person. A modified Windows Media (VIDEO) Player would probably be great! Once opened BY ME, I'd like the program to play a random music video from specified FOLDERS, such as internal storage, from a 64-256GB micro SD card or maybe even something like Google Drive or multiple locations that I choose. Since the person has a "short" attention span, I'd like the program to play for a designated (BY ME) period of time and then pick another random music video to play for the designated time, and so on. Each video, if picked randomly again, should start where it left off from the previous time it played and start over once the end is reached. It's basically an endless video clip player. I'd also like a small count up or count down timer in one of the corners that I can "Display" or "Hide" and have the title of the current video that I can "Display" or "Hide". I want to be able to manually skip the current video and go to the next random video. Should include the typical "Full Screen" option. Should be able to copy to different devices/laptops/etc. I assume it would be an .exe file with a SETUP file installation. The VAST majority (maybe even 100%) will be MP4 files. Should be able to "Stretch" the video so it uses the entire screen. Should have the usual "Pause/Play/Stop/Fast Forward/Rewind"capabilities. Basically WMP! Hopefully there are free/public apps/parts that can be modified so as not to reinvent the wheel! As mentioned, we are currently using Windows Media Player which does what we need except for the timed random picks, etc. Let me know and we'll go from there. It's a good model to work from. Here is my followup: Hi XXXXXX...Hope all it well...Over the past year I have managed to get the video player to work off/on on a couple of laptops (WIN10 and WIN7). It won't run anymore on those laptops so i am trying to run it on a new WIN10 laptop. Unfortunately, the same thing happens - double-click and it spins for a couple seconds then nothing...as if I didn't do anything. Any thoughts what might be going on? Sooo... I need someone to finish this up.
