I have an extensive track record in a wide variety of schemes including offices, hotels, restaurants, residential schemes, colleges, leisure centres and visitor attractions. By engaging myself this will ensure that you get the best value for money for the project using my skills in project and construction management in order to reduce the costs as much as possible. From this we can work together to review the project so as to agree a “maximum budget.” I will then seek tenders in the market for all the specialist sub-contracts so that we can build up a detailed project plan where we know which companies are doing which pieces of the work and ensure that the whole project comes together to provide exactly what you need.
