Looking for a Creative Director/Services Manager

This role is for Creative Directors with an understanding and willingness to help out on the service management side with the creative team also. Creative Managers need to be familiar with all of the stages of website creation, community development, and marketing production. Excellent communication and organization skills are a must to manage the projects and also seek and achieve client buy-in. Applicants should also have a basic understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies. In addition, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about managing teams that are effective, meaningful, and enjoyable. * Please note that case studies, work examples, and a current resume will be required for consideration. Skills: • Degree in User Experience Design or relevant experience • 2+ years of design experience, ideally working within a small company or startup environment • Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically: Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and InDesign • Experience working with UX tools such as Figma and Miro • Experience with project management tools such as Asana • Strong communication and documentation skills • Ability to collaborate with design and development teams • Critical thinking and communication skills, mixed with healthy autonomy and passion for learning • Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines • Experience with Blockchain/DeFi Technologies Responsibilities: • Keep up to date with new technologies in the Blockchain, Defi, and NFT space • Reviewing or assisting in developing service proposals • Meeting with management teams • Facilitating creative project kickoffs • Leading brainstorming sessions with creative teams • Supervising, pushing, and encouraging the creative teams • Benchmarking budget expenditures against projections • Overseeing daily tasks tied to creative production • Providing analysis to ensure the project stays within brand standards • Presenting drafts to the client or other stakeholders • Spot-checking client bills to ensure accuracy • Expert communicator cool under pressure • Analytical and insightful attention to detail Any of the following, in addition, would be a huge bonus and perhaps make you uniquely qualified for this opportunity: • A passion and understanding for the Blockchain, Defi, and NFT space • Familiarity with FinTech markets and terminology, such as commodities, order books, and exchanges • A firm grasp on brand management and style guidelines • Self-motivated and focused • Project Management experience • Sales and/or customer service experience We look forward to hearing from you!
