I have to write 1 essay per interview. I have already typed out all the interview questions and responses. I just need a three page Observation and Response Essay per interview. Developmental Psychology - Final Interview Project In this project you will be interviewing 5 individuals, each of a different developmental stage. You will need to do this by utilizing the audio recording feature found on most smart phones, or by purchasing/borrowing an inexpensive audio recorder. It is my desire that you learn and grow as an individual as a result of this assignment. For this reason, I suggest that you interview individuals, and the children of individuals, that you deeply respect and/or admire. If you are not familiar with any respectable individuals, anyone will do (perhaps they can at least serve as a bad example). In a previous semester, one student interviewed their grandparent who was terminally ill. This student was profoundly impacted by the interviewee’s insights as they approached the end of their life with optimism and deep awareness as to what matters in life. It would bring me great joy if some of you were able to communicate the wisdom of your interviewees through this assignment. Requirements: This assignment is required in lieu of a final exam and chapter tests. This is a significant portion of your grade! As such, I have high expectations for the quality and effort of your submissions. At the very lease, your paper must include:  Cover page, (must meet APA style guidelines).  Table of contents listing the page number of each interview and your observations essays.  Each interview with questions and answers typed.  AT LEAST a three-page observation that includes themes that emerged from the chapter during your interview. Observation and Response Essay Content: One observations essay per interview, 5 total (place it in your paper following the corresponding interview) Discuss the following topics in your essay:  Discuss why you have chosen this particular individual to interview  Discuss the issues, topics, themes from the chapter that emerged in your interview  Discuss what you learned about this stage of development specifically from this individual  Discuss any biopsychosocial factors of development that were observed in the interview  If applicable, discuss how this individual enriched your life with their perspective (even bad examples teach us what not to do) Final Conclusions Essay Content:  Discuss any observations you made when comparing or contrasting one individual’s answers to another (did the child eat a better breakfast that the elderly individual, how did the activity level differ at different ages, etc.)  Discuss what you learned or how you grew as a result of this assignment. What are you taking away from this? Did you make any decisions while observing others that have changed your perspectives? Were there any emotions that came up for you during any of your interviews? This bullet is the most important element of your assignment. As such, it will hold the most value for grading.  Discuss what you agreed and/or disagreed with from the perspectives of your interviewees
