Capture and organize data stream for use by other software.

This is not a complicated project however; it does require a specific skill set. PLEASE only respond if you are skilled and fluent with TCP port capture and communication protocols. I need a script that will monitor and parse specific fields within a stream of output from a “track timing system”. The system outputs “R-Mon” data that is sent to various other apps and applets. There is an outline attached along with sample data. I need this ASAP. I believe that a simple table that can be hosted on the local machine (Windows PC) with Flask or Django and sent to another program that sends select info to a digital scoreboard. The "positions" (1st, 2nd... to 5th) can be static, but the car numbers must be in REAL TIME. Using a track timing program (Orbits 5, by Mylaps) for races, (Auto, rowing, equestrian, motocross, cycling, swimming, etc.) I need to capture output from IP address: localhost:PORT; [login to view URL] (the port can be changed), and strip off the special characters (CR/LF, $A, #F, #R, #? etc.) and forward relevant info (selectable) to another IP address (or program), Localhost web server on same system at different (assignable) IP Address and port#... If you do not have the time to begin IMMEDIATELY or cannot complete this very simple project in a couple of days (at the most), Orbits can output a data stream to a TCP Port )localhost:50000) that other software then listens for. The interface would just receive data that is already processed for us to catalogue and display however we want, in REAL-TIME. PART 1; all I need is the “Car Number” assigned dynamically to a static table: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th place, (Pic1) that can be “hosted” on the (localhost:different port #). We need to have the table accessible/hosted on the same system as Orbits in a simple web page format without graphics etc. PART 2: We need to be able to dynamically select the various fields (car number, driver name and/or lap times etc.). (see example pic2). All we need it some form of “Page” that shows the various “fields” that are in the “Rmon” stream so that we can select which ones we need as required (dynamically). A simple check box to redirect the data within the fields would be ideal. Please let me know if you need more info… Part 1; within a day or 2, please and thank you.
