I need to build a program in Python that performs the following conversion: from system WGS 84 (epsg:4326) to system EGSA 87 (epsg:2100) and vise versa. I need also one more conversion at your choice. The requirements of the program is : A GUI with Tkinter (or similar library, you can also create a web based interface). A technical description of how the program is made and why its important at 15 word pages
