I am looking for a real estate lawyer who is able to file a lien on work done on a real estate property on behalf of my Development company within the next 48 hours so it's not sold while i'm living in it and i've investing in redesigning and development the property. I am looking to hire someone that's able to move fast and can create the various documents and financial ledger within being able to move forward on behalf of the corporation and place a lien on the property for unpaid wages within the renovation and redesign of the property.
