Convert PNG into DXF cuttable file

I am looking for somebody to convert a PNG file into a high-quality DXF cuttable file. This file will be used for laser cutting, so it must maintain exact dimensions. The JPEG contains various elements, but the file should keep the elements balanced and none should be emphasized or minimized. The successful freelancer will have experience in converting PNG files into DXF format for laser cutting. They will use their expertise to ensure the project is delivered flawlessly with impeccable precision. This file will be used to cut a 3mm corten sheet to be fitted in a gate that is 900x1200mm , inner dimension 720x1020mm The finished file should be 800x1100mm. Remove the diagonal, that is only there to demonstrate where the cross member of the gate will be. The cut sheet will be sandwiched between two frames. Please ensure the cutting file contains minimal smooth lines(minimal entities). All components . (i.e. vegetables, tools) of the gate cut image must be the same or very similar, I have included the image of the gate to give the job context. Use bridging on the elements where necessary
