Game project using Unreal Engine/Unity3d and AngularJS/NodeJS/Python

Hi, I have a project in mind. This project requires 3D programming with Unity 3D or Unreal Engine (better if you use Unreal Engine but it is not a must) and also an AngularJS UI communicating with NodeJS server. Python will be required for scrapping task. Part 1: Create a FPS or TPS game where use can interact with objects (doors, pickups, other ....). World can be created by user or taken from market (including textures, models, sounds,...). Story is still being written so I will need a prototype as a first step. Part 2: AngularJS and NodeJS will be used to create items in the 3D world. This part is not clear yet but the idea is to manage what happens in the 3D world.
