Screw with flesh product 3d render

These are 3D renderings of a customized titanium screw. I will provide the 3D model of the screw, and I'd like to create 3 new print-resolution renderings. The surface of the screw should be similar to the example images. The face should be smoother while the stem should be rougher. Both should be realistic titanium. I need two images of the screw lying on a white, non-reflective surface, one of which (the more horizontal view) should have elements of human flesh on it, as this is a surgical screw often used to hold bones together. It should look like it just came out of a body. I've included sample images from video games for the type of flesh I'd like to portray. The second single image of the screw should simply be the same environment as the horizontal screw but without the flesh, i.e. the titanium screw lying on a white, non-reflective surface. This one should have a different angle from the first. I want to see more of the face of the screw. The third image I want is an army of screws extending into infinity. Nothing but screws in view. This image should not have any flesh either.
