Hi there I am a verified employer on Freelancer. I have attached PROOF of how much money I have deposited in my account. It's not yet transferred to any milestone but this with the combination of the fact I am verified shows i am a trustworthy member. I have been scammed 3 times now, twice with low quality writing which makes no logical sense and is generalised and broad. I need someone to write a detailed action plan on how they feel they can improve a specific service or product in Dublin Ireland. 2000 words excluding the exc summary, references and appendix. He will simply walk away with your work. His earlier projects have been closed and cancelled by admin. Please report him to authorities.
