need to have vbscript that monitors sccm client troubleshooted

I need to have the script in the full description troubleshooted.
Apparently it does not correctly detect whether another sms installation is allready running.?
In the case where anothe sms installation is running, the script should quit with exitcode 4 and not exitcode 5 , ? which seems to be the case now.
vbs has been added in the zip file.
Preferable you have an sccm environment yourself to test this vbscript.
