I have a To DO list (google sheet) and want to
(1) An email is sent the admin person - each time I add a row to that sheet
(2) An email is sent to me - each time the admin person changes the value of certain cells
(3) a script to move cells that have been marked completed to a specific sheet, to stop the "todo" list from getting too long (this can be a script we run, rather than be automated)
--if possible be able to add to the sheet via email (currently using a google form)
I have used Google scripts before to do something very similar what you are looking for, and can quickly complete the email function you are asking for.
