PHPMotion Template Fixes/Mods - Emergency + More Work

We have a PHPMotion script with a template we found running right now at [login to view URL] We need the following changes made to the template/website. Please note that whoever bids quickest, cheapest, and is confident they can do this will be awarded the project, and paid immediately upon completion. This project is our first attempt at using a freelance service, so we really want to find one person to work with for the duration of these projects. Look at this as a test, and if you pass you get all of our work. We are a capital investment firm that specializes in launching websites to capitalize from a number of market opportunities. This site and the next 5-10 sites we'll work on will be in the Adult Entertainment industry. Changes needed immediately - 1. Add the attached logo/banner to the site. 2. Remove the background image from the table with the links that read - "Featured | Most Views | Most Recent | Most Discussed" 3. Remove the "Powered Free by PHPmotion" link at the bottom. 4. Fix "Recently Added Videos" section in the middle of the page to show the thumbnails of videos, and fix any other graphical inconsistencies. Bid on this project based only on those tasks, and bid cheaply and quickly. Assuming we can get that done, we'll need the following done as well - Long term needs - 1. Video editing to download full length videos and splice them into 30 second preview clips. 2. Upload of multiple clips with embedded links to the site. 3. Migration of the site from one domain to another. 4. Modification of "Embedded Video" code to link to certain websites with embedded affiliate codes. 5. Much much more.
