Recruitment / Job site scripts

I am looking for someone to create/add scripts to a new job website. I already have some scripts ready that provide some of the functionality I am looking for i.e. Job search, CV posting etc. but I am happy for someone to create/add their own scripts. I have already created the basic site structure so I just need to following functionality: Jobseekers Features: CV/Resume Posting CV/Resume Posting Interface Online CV/Resume Edit Search Job Listings Automatic access upon registration Upload / Attach Image to their resume Employers Features: Job Posting Interface Online Job Edit Search Jobseekers Payment Plans and Options for Job Postings and Searches Automatic access upon registration Upload / Attach Image to their profile Admin area with: Emailing members Viewing members Deleting members Setting up pricing plans Setting up new admins accounts Direct access to Statistics Plus any other useful job/recruitment functionalities that I may have missed. Please provide examples of similar work.
