I am a custom home builder and I am part owner in a real estate brokerage. This contract work will be for each business. Here is a the list of items we want someone to OWN! When I say own, we basically want to partner with someone we can count on and be an extension of our business. Basically like a marketing department. Help us with these areas as well as make suggestions. We want people that are skilled in these areas and might have other marketing skills as well.
