Build a recommender system

Hello I should start by saying that I already have a project fitting your requirements other than MongoDB as it uses CSV. Now when you say Reccomender System based on Collaborative Filtering it may mean multiple type of requirements. Simply it may mean that you want to use Mahout's internal implementation of Collaborative filtering to create recommendations to users based on your data. Here only task is to manage the data. And the above project that I mentioned does exactly that. It may also mean that you want collaborative filtering algorithm implemented, so as to see its internal workings. I also have worked on one such project where I implemented CF using Weka.
