Concept is to create a custom form/region that will integrate with the connectwise system allowing - Association of email to service ticket - Creation of Ticket if required - Retrieval and Update of service ticket details (Budget, Due Date, Status) - Creation of Time Entries (Using Default Entry Templates) - Retrieval and Update of Tasks - Creation of Tasks The connectwise API ([login to view URL]) provides SOAP/REST API integration. There has been additional options added by ConnectWise recently that allow posting of updates within the content of the email, however queries would still require the API. I have been burnt just recently with a developer promising but not delivering anything so please ensure you are comfortable with what is required and mange expectations on delivery. If successful we will look advancing with at a similar solution for the outlook calendar and Visio integration.
