Exe files made on Delphi, and hasp32.dll make it works connecting to database and run

program use [login to view URL] to block it and dont allow it to run on the machine its not suposed to run, also is made on delphi so is difficult to read or reverse the program this program only runs on server side probably only on w2003 that the only program they choose to run it.
