Buenos días Se ha pensado en el desarrollo de una aplicación/software que permita almacenar, gestionar, y editar todas las escrituras que puedan existir durante la vida de una compañía, así como todos los cambios que pueden ocurrir en una sociedad (cambio denominación social, domicilio, objeto…). Dicho sistema deberá ser una base de datos que permita registrar y almacenar las distintas escrituras, al mismo tiempo que permita conocer los datos generales de una sociedad, de su órgano de administración, de sus apoderados, así como lo relativo a los socios y accionistas. Todo ello sin tener que pasar por el Registro Mercantil y el coste asociado, facilitando el día a día de una organización. Se contempla que este sistema sea aplicable en las distintas empresas o despachos de forma independiente con el fin de conocer la situación societaria actual de la misma, permitiendo una mayor agilidad a la hora de facilitar información y coordinar con agentes externos. En cuanto a las tecnologías a utilizar para desarrollar el programa, estoy abierto a sugerencias. De preferencia alguien que hable español, francés o inglés. --- Good day I've been thinking about the development of an application / software that allows to store, manage, and edit all the deeds that may exist during the life of a company, as well as all the changes that may occur in a company (change of company name, address, object…). Said system must be a database that allows registering and storing the different deeds, at the same time that it allows knowing the general data of a company, its administrative body, its attorneys, as well as that related to partners and shareholders. All this without having to go through the Mercantile Registry and the associated cost, facilitating the day-to-day running of an organization. It is contemplated that this system is applicable in the different companies or offices independently in order to know the current corporate situation of the same, allowing greater agility when providing information and coordinating with external agents. I am open to suggestions regarding the technologies to use to develop the software. Preferably someone who speaks Spanish, French or English.
