Resturant and Bar Ordering through App for Android and IOS

Hi there, We are in the process of opening a Resturant/ Bar, we want to setup an app where customers can visit us and download our app through Google or I tunes. Customers can link their credit card through this app, and can order everything they want through the app. So the app will have our interactive menu for the food, and also it will have information on all the beers we carry. We would have close to 30 craft beers, so on each beer they will get some history and some information about the beer, if the beer is available or not available they will be notified. Also we want this app to be interactive in a sense where we can communicate with our customers. so say if a customer has a good experience they can review us, also if there is a bad experience they can review us. Customers should be able to long in into this app through FACE BOOK account, and once they log in they can post reviews on Face book. Another function we want which customers can turn off or on, is notification, so if we are having a promotion, we can send notification like a message to all our customers, so we can have notifications on through this app, so its like keeping the whole community together.
