We need a proficient C# developer to develop a software that will record video, and splice in the appropriate audio into segments of the recorded audio. Audio will be in Wave/MP3 format, and will align to a specific time segment of the video. The video output should contain the audio that is spliced in, and is playable as a MP4 or AVI format. It is preferred this application run as a Web Application, but can run as a desktop application if needed. Knowledge Requirements: - C#.NET - ASP.NET MVC 5 - SQL Server using Entity Framework - MbUnit or NUnit Additional Requirements: - Demonstrated code tests must be available and pass - Overhead of recording the video must not exceed more than 5 minutes of processing for up to a 120 minute recorded video chunk.
