I do this type of thing frequently. Depending on the website and its complexity I would either use the requests library, the scrapy framework, or selenium webdrivers to extract the data. These are all common python tools that can readily be installed on any operating system. Depending on what output format you need I may use sqlalchemy to dump in into a database file, or simply export it as csv or json. Whatever works for you. I would use Python 3 unless you prefer something else. Depending on the websites, I could write the code such that parallel scraping is possible. This would reduce the time it takes to get the data. I will provide an initial dataset for your review, followed by the complete dataset and the complete code. Code will be provided in a git repository unless you need it some other way.
