Write some software

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed . I am looking for someone to write a batch file that moves and merges directories based on the name of the directory. There are two main parts to this program. Part A- Merge directories together that have the same ID within the directory name. Example: (the ID is a 5 digit number at the beginning of the dir name) A directory named "47328 Freddy Benton Metis 02-02-2018_ Arrival Form" should merge with a directory named "47328 Freddy Benton Metis 02-02-2018_ Vessel Manifest". The merged directory should be named "47328 Freddy Benton Metis 02-02-2018" and contain all of the files from both directories. Part B- Move the new dir from Part A inside of a directory that matches the month and year. Existing Dir: 2017 --01 Jan --02 Feb --03 Mar --04 Apr etc... 2018 --01 Jan --02 Feb --03 Mar --04 Apr etc...
