Hi there, I'm Matt and can create such software for you (24 years an IT developer and webmaster, 5+ years scripting web graphics/animations). Please provide more details. My proposal is to create: 1. A node.js based application (so javascript but the app will work as Windows application with setup etc - and also as a Mac application), developed using Electron framework. 2. The main algorithm will work in javascript and on web page canvas (Electron includes Chrome browser web engine) where the image will be created etc. 3. Reasonable options will be available to change using a software. For example (cloud) words to be read from a file (CSV) like for example Wordly etc. Color palette changing, angles e.g. layout and so on. Though first I need to go over your exact requirements.
