Youtube Video Grid - Fun Web App Project

video grid project: phase 1: 1. Need to visualize a list of youtube videos in a grid format in a browser. a. video list needs to be ingested as csv, or (ideally) pulling directly from a column in a google sheet. b. targeting 1920x1080 display c. ideally, able to specify video grid size (number of videos onscreen) d. need cool looking roll over & select fx - see example below. e. clicking video brings it front & center & plays it w/ability to skip through it (standard yt player/controls ok) f. bonus points for allowing videos to be added/appended g. need good way of dealing with long list of videos to review (1000+) phase 2: - immediately after successful completion of phase 1 1. view attribute info at a glance (overlaid on thumbnail) csv/google sheet will contain other data fields/attributes (video name, owner, number of views, etc) these need to be overlaid on thumbnail in corners & center locations as desired. 2. clicking video brings up video detail window like this example [login to view URL]!/advertisers that example also has good animated actions that we'd like as well 3. ability to sort/resort video list by attribute 4. ability to save to list (and create/rename lists) as well as share (via link) phase 3 - I'm open to any cool html5 style treatments of video grids (like this for example: [login to view URL]
