I need software developed that connects to a TV Tuner card on your computer and allows you to watch TV, but with specific features. It can either be built for windows, or Android OS. The software must contain the following features: 1. Connect to the TV tuner card, scan all frequencies and assign them to their proper channels. 2. Volume up and down. 3. Change channel button. 4. TV Guide, it must connect to digital tv guide and display it in a nice way, similar to what a normal TV does. 5. Save volume between channels, so if channel 7 is at volume 30 then you switch to channel 10 and it has volume 40 (saves between each channel). 6. IMPORTANT! Detect watermarks in real time and do things according to if a watermark is found or not (such as detecting when ads are showing) 7. Automatic channel changing according to triggers. For example I want to set channel 10 as my primary channel, and channel 7 as secondary. If I press a button, it switches between those 2 channels. 8. Build a simple web page, or android app, that acts like a remote control. So a user can use their phone to control the TV software (change channel, volume etc) 9. IMPORTANT! Software should be able to connect to a infrared remote control, and we can program the remote to run functions inside the software (last stage of project). Overall it needs a good design, similar to any TV today that has menu and options available. YOU WILL NEED A TV TUNER CARD TO BUILD THIS SOFTWARE AS YOU WILL NEED TO TEST.
