I need an C# Application to do an repeatable data migration

I need an C# application to help me to migrate data from one sql database to another sql database. Requirement: 1. Firstly, I just want to try migrating first 10 tables in this project, there are more in database, but it does not cover in this project. You only need to do 10 tables. 2. Some of tables are very straight forward, you can migrate only by sql statement. 3. Some tables require data parsing or data converting, so you need some .net skill. 4. In this application, I can type the database name, UserName and Password for my source and target database 5. The application will remember my input of database name, UserName and Password of my source and target database, even I close and reopen my application. 6. Field Validation of database name, UserName and Password are not empty. 7. When application do the migration, it will delete all record in target table
